Free 30 minute initial consultation
Counselling involves a great deal of respect and trust and this needs to be earned. This is why I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation over the phone or in my therapy room. During this time we can discuss your needs and it also gives you a chance to get to know me and for me to know you. There is no obligation to come to further sessions.

Individuals
£50 / per session
Couples
£60 / per session
Each counselling session lasts for 50 minutes and during that time you will have 100% of my attention.
Sessions are normally weekly but they can be less frequent to suit you.
I offer short term focussed sessions or longer term open ended sessions depending on the presenting problem.
I work with adults and couples.
All payments are to be made by cash, PayPal or bank transfer. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, I will require payment an hour prior to your appointment time. Bank details can be provided prior to your first appointment by your request.
Hypnotherapy

As with counselling I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation. This is for you to meet with me and to discuss any questions you may have regarding your hypnotherapy sessions.

Hypnosis Sessions
£60 / each (except the others listed)
- The sessions last approximately 50-60 minutes. These include, stress related problems, habits, driving test, exam nerves, self-confidence, fear of flying and many other fears and phobias.
Weight Loss
£100 / without gastric band
- Please allow up to 90 minutes.
Quit Smoking Therapy
£150
- Please allow up to 90 minutes. There is a non-returnable deposit of £50 which will be payable on booking. I do this as I am often booked for a few weeks ahead. Paying a deposit secures your place with me.
Mini Gastric Band
£150

Late/ Cancellation Policy
Late
I understand that traffic and life can make us late. However, sessions will always finish at the allotted time regardless of time of arrival as there may be other clients attending sessions after you.
Cancellation
I ask that you give me a minimum of 24 hours' notice. There is no charge for sessions cancelled with 24+ hours' notice.
However, if you cancel an appointment after this time you will be charged the normal fee, as I will be unable to fill your space.
